Our organization strongly believes that children and young people can broaden their perspectives through hands-on learning that connects them with their communities and promotes sustainable development. By encouraging students to actively explore new topics, this approach helps build their confidence and prepares them with useful skills for the future. To put this belief into practice, our program will offer a series of community-based activities that train students to become Hong Kong cultural KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). Participants will step out of the classroom, visit local neighbourhoods, uncover the city's culture and history, and conduct interviews to learn about interesting local stories and prominent figures. Through these experiences, they will strengthen their language abilities and multimedia communication skills. We are confident that combining real-world activities with creative media production will spark students' interest in language and support the development of lasting literacy and a wide range of practical abilities.
