What We Do

Into the Future - Sustainable Development Leadership Training Program

Introduction

We believe a healthy social development should base on the principle of sustainable development. This is a kind of development which benefits all. We therefore have been actively promoting sustainable education since 2018. We further integrated our activities with some future skills elements, such as problem-solving skills, communication skills, creative thinking and self-learning ability, to provide a wide variety of learning experience to young people in Hong Kong.  ‘Into the Future - Sustainable Development Leadership Training Program’ was sponsored by HSBC. Joining hands with two secondary schools in Kwai Tsing District, we developed a set of workshops concerning environmental preservation, city and social development and social care, to name a few. By organizing community activities and social investigation, the students learned to make good use of the resources ready in their community and reconnect themselves with the society as well as the world. This program also encourages youth to take advantage of technology and design to initiate social innovation.
