Together with a group of 10 tertiary students, we went on a 12-day service trip to Xiangxi, Hunan during the summer vacation in 2018. Aparting from having a sharing session with Xiangxi University Alumni, they also stopped at Rujing Center to visit the elderlies. Furthermore, they visited the village to see the living environment of the rurals as well as ‘the Children’s Room’ in Angdong Village, an IRD’s project, to interact with local children and share their kindness. They also got the chance to see the Baojing City and the Fenghuang Ancient City.
